Hays Knowledgebase Question:

I have a opportunity to buy a clutch that has a minor chip on the edge of the disc. I foresee any problems with it, but with your experience, I would like to know what your opinion is. Other than the minor nick on the outside of the disc there is no damage. Thanks

Reply from Rep:

You should not use any clutch disc that shows damage.
